HR Management Advisor

Gorana is an amazing HR expert with valuable experience in running an HR Sector that took care of more than 7000 employees in 36 affiliated companies in 6 countries where MK Group, largest vertically integrated agriculture company in Europe, operates.

Currently, she is an HR Manager at hotel MamaShelter Belgrade, a member of Accor Group, where she is in charge of establishing, shaping and improving the human resources sector.

He is an accredited Human Synergistics (humansynergistics.com) consultant for personal, team and organizational development and accredited Hofstede Methodology (geert-hofstede.com) consultant for organizational culture.
In the last 5 years, he is also an active researcher of HR practices in global corporations.
